Microsoft Dynamics GP Workflow is an incredible feature that is ready to save you time and money! At Summit 2017, I’ll team up with GPUG All Star and general manager Bob McAdam to show how Partners and Customers can work together to use this feature!
Whether you’re implementing a new business process, or replacing an existing paper process, Microsoft Dynamics GP Workflow is easy and effective!
During this session, real-live workflows will be built, integrated, and put into use. Some key benefits to Microsoft Dynamics GP Workflow will be highlighted so that attendees can get a full picture of the power of this functionality:
- Email Approval -- Although Microsoft Dynamics GP functionality provides the ability for approval directly within the product, the email approval capabilities offer a huge time-saving opportunity.
- Document Attachment -- Embracing digital transformation within your organization is easy when utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP Document Attach and Workflow. Approvers receive the supporting documents directly to Outlook so they can review the documents and then approve or reject the request, right from their mobile device.
- Navigation Lists -- Many Users don’t notice how impactful Navigation Lists can be when working with Workflows. With Navigation lists, approvers can handle workflow requests in bulk, rather than one at a time.
